This is the first episode of The Lions Den Leadership Podcast with hosts Steve Rosenberg and Alex Alex Osenenko. The reason for this show to help fellow investors in business. We all know that’s where the rubber meets the road, and everyone talks about building a business but nobody ever talks about what happens in the failures and the leadership things that happen as far as what needs to be done to be successful on a daily basis.
As entrepreneurs we know that there are a lot of things that have to happen on a daily basis. Things go right and a lot of things go wrong. A lot of great podcasts talk about all the things that go right and everyone has their cape on and they promote their company and they talk about all the good things, but we all kind of sit there in the background going man what does that guy have it right and we have it wrong. What am I doing wrong to make this work because he’s got it and I don’t have it. I think the reality is that a lot of people out there don’t have it right. I think a lot of us are out there trying to find solutions. We’re trying to figure it out. We are going to have people on the show every week that are out there. They have success. They’re doing well but have bad days and challenges like work family life struggle.
Alex and I came together and talked about this being something that both of us deal with and struggle with, and try to find solutions, and then we realized we needed to make a podcast about this.
