Steve Rozenberg worked hard to become a commercial airline pilot at 25 — 10 years earlier than average. Then 9/11 happened, and the career he’d worked his entire life for was almost taken away in a single day. While Steve still flies, he realized he needed to do something else. A back-up plan to have control over what happens next. So, he decided to try his hand at real estate.
